1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, creating a trial account with, or deploying the Hyperr Volt AI QR Code Menu and POS platform at your dining establishment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription & Flat Pricing Model

Hyperr Volt operates on a transparent SaaS subscription basis (plans starting at ₹599/month, ₹899/month, or ₹1,599/month). Unlike third-party aggregator apps, Hyperr Volt charges 0% commission on food orders placed through our QR system. All food revenues collected via UPI QR go directly to the merchant's designated bank account.

3. 14-Day Risk-Free Trial

New cafes and restaurants are entitled to a full-featured 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to initiate the trial. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial period, your account will simply pause with zero hidden cancellation penalties.

4. Merchant Responsibilities & FSSAI Compliance

• Merchants are solely responsible for food quality, preparation, allergen warnings, ingredient labeling, and maintaining valid FSSAI food licensing.
• Merchants must ensure prices displayed on the digital menu adhere to applicable local GST tax regulations.

5. Service Availability & Offline Mode

Hyperr Volt guarantees 99.9% platform uptime. Our billing and KOT routing systems feature local device caching (offline fallback) so that temporary internet fluctuations do not stop order printing in your kitchen.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
