• Restaurant / Merchant Data: Outlet name, contact person, phone/WhatsApp number, billing address, GSTIN, FSSAI registration number, menu catalog, and pricing.
• Customer / Diner Interaction Data: Order selections, table number, optional phone number for receipt delivery, preference tags, and dietary choices (e.g., Jain, Vegan, Spice levels).
• Payment Data: All UPI and card payments are routed directly through certified payment gateways (NPCI / Razorpay / PhonePe). Hyperr Volt does not store bank account passwords, CVV numbers, or UPI PINs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for:

• Generating and routing Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) in real-time.
• Powering the Smart Waiter AI food recommendation engine based on seasonal trends and customer order history.
• Automating authorized WhatsApp digital bills, loyalty points, and merchant-approved discount coupons.
• Preventing fraudulent orders and ensuring platform uptime and security.

4. Zero Data Selling Guarantee

We never sell, rent, or trade your cafe's customer list or transaction numbers to third-party ad networks, competing food delivery aggregators, or brokers. Your diner list belongs solely to your food establishment.

5. Data Security & Compliance

All data in transit is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol. Our databases are hosted in secure, Indian-region cloud data centers adhering to Indian Information Technology (IT) Rules, 2021 and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act guidelines.
